EU Eases CO2 Rules for Car Makers
While the EU is sticking to e-car quotas, it is surprisingly changing the rules of the game: car manufacturers are now allowed to compensate for CO2 limits over three years instead of annually. The decision was made by a clear majority – despite warnings of significant climate consequences.
